Logistical Manager – Woodford, VA

Responsible for handling all import and export container related activities. Ensures operations in the import and export of used auto parts, vehicles, and machinery work efficiently according to customs and procedures of each customer and country. Communicates and coordinates with other managers to ensure internal operations are aligned with the export scheduling. Maintain and develop business relationships with customers, brokers, agents, and customs personnel with regards to the activities of importing and exporting. Understand and research changing customs procedures, business climate, and customer’s import and export needs. Manage the process and documentation related to customs, brokers, and general import and export activities. Coordinate and communicate with relevant parties to facilitate container logistics. Manage internal container scheduling. F/T, Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related position.
